General

  • At this time we use a milk protein powder in the majority of our baked goods, with the exception of a DF version of our Bagels. We do have the ability to produce a DF baguette and we are working to expand on our DF offering. Follow us on Instagram for the most up to date new releases!


  • Yes! We do birthdays, anniversaries, showers, and even weddings. To discuss your needs and get scheduled, fill out the Cake & Catering order form or email us at lila@flakelygf.com.

  • We strive to make everyone happy and love everything we make — but of course everyone has preferences. If something was our mistake, we'll do everything we can to make it right.

    That said, we do not offer refunds. We are a micro bakery and front the costs for shipping, packaging, ingredients, and labor. We bake to order each week and are a zero waste bakery, which is why we sell our products frozen and typically sell out each week. We always want the opportunity to make things better — so please reach out directly if you have an issue.


Shipping

  • We ship to most U.S. locations — basically anywhere our products can get to in 3 days or less from our Philadelphia kitchen.


  • We bake to order, so orders require about a week to complete with our small team. Orders placed after Friday at 10am may not ship until the following Wednesday.

    For example: if you order on Saturday May23rd, your order may not ship until Wed June 3rd.

    We may also pause shipping due to weather, and may stop shipping completely in the summer.

  • Once an order leaves our facility, Flakely is not responsible for damage, delays, or mishandling caused by UPS. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

    Our team takes great care packaging each item — individually wrapping every product and adding extra protective cushioning. However, once the package is in UPS's possession, we cannot control or take responsibility for how it is handled.

    If your package is lost in transit, please contact UPS directly to file a claim. We're happy to provide your tracking number upon request.
